Karina is a Canadian qualified litigation solicitor in the London office. She specialises in construction disputes and professional negligence matters.

Karina was admitted to the British Columbia (Canada) bar in 2021. Prior to joining Beale & Co, Karina was an associate at a BC-based business and litigation law firm where she maintained a broad civil litigation practice.

Karina has successfully represented clients in shareholder, contractual, and professional liability disputes in Canada. She has successfully defended engineers and architects in professional negligence claims and reached favourable resolutions for her clients through formal and informal dispute resolution processes.

Karina has experience dealing with various types of construction disputes, which may involve matters such as delay, defects, and breach of contract. She has extensive advocacy experience and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.
